CREATIVITY &
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

New challenges or times of crisis can be considered as opportunities or threats depending on how we relate to them. Never has the pressure been so great and it occurs because of different reasons: competition, as many new ideas, more competitors, appear on the market; cost because customers are demanding lower prices; maintenance services, as customers also want quality after-sales service, often free of charge; the pressure of time, as thriving technologies, make everything from telecommunication to manufacturing cycles take place in shorter intervals; the lack of resources since the nature is sometimes limited; technology is progressing and the digital world is already here.
