CREATIVITY &
INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

New challenges or times of crisis can be considered as opportunities or threats depending on how we relate to them. Never has the pressure been so great and it occurs because of different reasons: competition, as many new ideas, more competitors, appear on the market; cost because customers are demanding lower prices; maintenance services, as customers also want quality after-sales service, often free of charge; the pressure of time, as thriving technologies, make everything from telecommunication to manufacturing cycles take place in shorter intervals; the lack of resources since the nature is sometimes limited; technology is progressing and the digital world is already here.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

The Strategic Planning and Execution course helps an organization focus its energy, to ensure that members of the organization are working toward the same goals, to assess and adjust the organization's direction in response to a changing environment. The process is strategic because it involves preparing the best way to respond to the circumstances of the organization's environment, whether or not its circumstances are known in advance. Being strategic, also, means being clear about the organization's objectives, being aware of the organization's resources, and incorporating both into being consciously responsive to a dynamic environment.
