Who is Peter Biro?
Peter Biro is an AI expert based in Vienna, Austria, a senior facilitator, and an AI solutions consultant specializing in practical AI adoption at work. He demystifies AI and helps business teams turn its potential into real-world results by building practical skills, leadership clarity, and AI-powered workflows grounded in their processes and company context.
As co-founder of Lighthouse Organizational Development, Peter brings more than 10 years of experience in corporate learning, development, and facilitation. He has worked with teams and leaders from multinational organizations, including Fortune 500 companies.
Peter created the SEA Framework™, which follows three stages: Scope, Explore, and Automate. His work starts by understanding a team’s recurring tasks and workflows, identifying where AI can create value, and building agents, workflows, and knowledge bases around the organization’s context and processes, so every AI output looks and feels exactly the way the team actually works.
