The 6 Team Conditions represent the structure that influences behaviors, which are the three key task processes:

Fostering Effort

How hard members work toward shared purposes. This means working in ways that build shared commitment to the work and the team.

Crafting Strategies

The quality of the team's approaches to the work. An effective strategy means inventing uniquely suited approaches to the work.

Leveraging Talent

How well the team uses its full range of capabilities. This involves using member capabilities well so the team is growing in capability.

Together, these 3 task processes are great predictors of how well a team will perform in the long run and how it will develop over time. They are influenced by the Six Conditions that enable teamwork.
