Outcome: A report with a prioritized list of workflows / tasks / use cases best suited for AI integration, providing the foundation for the ‘AI Workshop’.

Format: A half or full-day interactive workshop with the client team, facilitated by Lighthouse.
Objective: Understand the nature of prioritized AI integration areas from the survey report, explore task dependencies, necessary inputs, desired outputs, and the criteria for output satisfaction. As well as, determining what AI can realistically achieve, considering the task complexity, input requirements and organizational IT constraints.
Outcome: A comprehensive understanding of the team’s workflows, tasks and use cases providing input for Lighthouse’s ‘AI Implementation’ proposal.

Format: A custom technical and financial proposal detailing the recommended action steps for AI implementation in your team including concrete AI solutions.
Objective: Help the team leader make an informed decision and a cost-benefit analysis on which AI solutions to implement.
Outcome: A clear, actionable plan for AI integration to enhance your team's effectiveness and task output quality with concrete solutions that can include implementing an AI workspace to host a variety of team specific AI tools.
